Two Decades of Public Service
Rachel has spent her policy and law career combating poverty, reforming Illinois’s child welfare system, and promoting economic and racial justice. She helped pass Evanston’s firearm safe storage ordinance, expanded healthcare for families across Illinois, and led initiatives to relieve medical debt and provide a guaranteed income. Now, she’s ready continue her life’s work in Springfield.
